Be patient. Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends that might share the same interest(s) as you!
We are a community of people that share the same objective; to create a personal state of health and fitness that allows us to live our best life. We lift each other up and hold each other accountable. With our business model, we actually want you to come to the gym and if you don’t show up, we will reach out to get you back in. We are not a “buy the cheap membership and don’t go” gym. We want you to get your results as much as, and sometimes, MORE than you do.
2-4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning, you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.
No. our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Whether it’s CrossFit, Bootcamp, or Personal Training, our workouts are designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
Our group class programming is a combination of everything. We may run, row, or bike. We may do high intensity interval work or slower weightlifting. We may jump, squat, do sit-ups, push-ups, push sleds, or hit tires with hammers. In CrossFit we do a bit more barbell work. In Bootcamp, we do more dumbbell and kettlebell weights. In Personal Training, we customize it to meet your personal goals. Each group class is one hour long and includes warm-up time, workout time, and fist-bump time.
Do enjoy special indulgences and meals. It’s a lifestyle, but it has to be manageable and realistic for the long-term. Luckily, the healthier you eat, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
