You’ll be participating in group classes designed to train you for the global HYROX fitness race, combining functional strength, endurance, and mental toughness.
Endurance Training: builds aerobic capacity through running, ski erg, and rowing intervals to prepare for long, sustained effort.
Functional Movements: includes sled pushes and pulls, sandbag carries, and wall balls to mimic real-world tasks and build strength under fatigue.
Mobility & Core: improves movement efficiency and strengthens your midline to support performance across all events.
Pacing & Strategy: teaches you how to approach each station and run with intent, maximizing performance and recovery between efforts.
Race Simulation: applies your fitness in a structured, competitive environment with workouts that mirror the actual HYROX format.
Workouts are scalable to all fitness levels and follow the structure of a HYROX race: 8 functional fitness movements with 1 km runs between each station. Whether you’re training for your first race or chasing a world championship qualifying time, this class meets you where you are.
HYROX training blends structure and intensity with strategic pacing and repeatable progress. Classes emphasize both individual output and a motivating team environment.
All HYROX Training Club sessions are coach-led and last approximately 60-minutes, following this basic structure:
